Shipping and packing

We always try to pack your pens & co super fast, so you can be creative as quickly as possible. We also make sure to protect the environment as much as possible.

We need 1-3 business days to pack everything and send it off. After that, it's just a matter of hoping that the post office is just as fast ;) Usually your package will be with you within a few days - yay!

We ship our packages that are sent within Germany with DHL. Parcels sent to other European countries are shipped with DPD or DHL.

Of course! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us. There is also a shipment number included. So you can track pens & co on their way to their new home (and be even more happy).

We reuse 100% of all filling materials that arrive at us when we receive the goods (from the distributors). Therefore, the packages may be filled differently (sometimes with paper, sometimes with bubble, sometimes with foil).

From an order value of 30€ we take over the shipping costs for orders within Germany - wohoo! If the order value is less than 3.90€ shipping charges apply.

For orders in other European countries the following applies:

Austria: free shipping from 70€, below 11,90€.

Belgium: 11,90€

Denmark: 11,90€

Netherlands: 11,90€

Italy: 15,90€

France: 13,90€

Luxembourg: 11.90€

Spain: 19,90€

The actual shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. The shipping costs include the statutory value added tax.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain.

Of course! Billing and shipping address do not have to match. So you can always order for someone else. Since all orders are wrapped with tissue paper, you can send them directly as a gift. Please indicate in the comments section if you don't want us to include the delivery bill.

If there are pre-ordered products within your order, the whole order will be shipped only when all products are here on site. Unfortunately, a partial shipment is not possible.

Return and complaint

You are unhappy with your order or one of your products does not do what it should: oh noooo! This makes us super sad and we try to find a solution as soon as possible. But maybe there is already the right answer to your question here 😊

First of all, stay calm and don't worry - we will certainly find a solution 😊. Please describe the problem to us by email (preferably with a photo) - we will get back to you very quickly and find a solution.

Only as long as the product is unused and in the original packaging, we can exchange it. Again, we are happy to help you first by email.
