Shipping policy

The prices shown on our product pages include statutory VAT.

Germany:

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.90 euros per order. From an order value of 60 euros, we ship free of charge within Germany.

Austria:

For deliveries to Austria, we charge a flat rate of 11.90 euros per order. From an order value of 100 euros, we ship free of charge within Austria.

Switzerland:

For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of CHF 19.90 per order. From an order value of CHF 200, we ship free of charge within Switzerland.

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland are subject to import tax (7.7%), charged together with customs fees via the carrier.

Rest of the EU (2–5 business days):

From an order value of €129, we ship free of charge to the following countries. Below this amount, the following flat shipping rates per order apply:

  • €11.90 – Belgium, Netherlands
  • €13.90 – France, Denmark
  • €14.90 – Ireland, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Spain, Latvia, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, Cyprus, Malta

Norway:

For deliveries to Norway, we charge a flat rate of 13.90 euros per order. From an order value of €129, we ship free of charge. As Norway isn't part of the EU customs union, additional charges may apply on import, collected separately by the carrier.

USA:

For deliveries to the USA, we charge a flat rate of $34.00 per order. Duties and import taxes are already shown at checkout and included in the total price.

Other countries:

We don't currently ship to other countries as standard. If you're interested, feel free to contact us before placing your order — we'll check on a case-by-case basis whether delivery is possible.

The actual shipping costs are shown in your cart and before you confirm your order.

All products are shipped together in a single delivery once they're all available to ship. Partial shipments aren't possible.

We typically ship within 1-3 business days within Germany with DHL, and internationally with DHL or DPD. If it takes longer, this is noted on the product page.
