Around the Creative Business Days

The lectures on July 16 and 17 will take place at Ottostr. 4a in 87448 Waltenhofen.

Waltenhofen is located about 10 minutes by car from Kempten.

The get-to-know-you session on Friday, July 15, will take place at the topSEVEN Bar in Kempten (on the roof of the BigBox Hotel). In case of rain we have to switch to a seminar room of the BigBox Hotel.

We are planning the event with 50 people to keep the price for the Creative Business Days in check. The presentations will be divided into two lecture rooms with 25 people per room. So each speaker will give his presentation twice. So there will be enough space and time for individual questions :)

The lectures will be divided between two lecture rooms. One room is our Stifteliebe "living room" and the other is the workshop room of the Käseschule Allgäu directly below us, which we are kindly allowed to use for this time. We at Stifteliebe divide the participants between the two rooms. So each speaker gives his talk twice, once in each room, so that nobody misses anything.

Currently, we are scheduling the lecture times as follows:

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Friday evening get to know each other starts at 7 p.m.

We would like to bring up some festival feeling. In our building complex you will also find the "Royal Talens Kreativstudio Allgäu", which will open its doors for you during the two days. There, all Royal Talens products will be ready for you to try out and the Royal Talens Social Media Team will be there to help you with words and deeds.

So if you are not interested in one of the lectures, there will be enough alternatives.

During the two lecture days there will be free snacks, drinks (finest coffee from our neighbor Basoni) and also lunch. But the participants have to take care of breakfast and dinner themselves.

We have a room contingent at the BigBox Hotel in Kempten. The meeting on Friday evening will also take place there. It is best to book by phone and say that you want to book on the Stifteliebe contingent :)

Otherwise, there are of course other hotels in Kempten and the surrounding area and many beautiful places in the Allgäu :)

Yes, you can - but you have to walk some distance.

From Kempten's main train station you can easily walk to the city center, where it is best to book a hotel room.

Waltenhofen is a suburb of Kempten and buses from Kempten go there regularly. The nearest bus stop is also a few meters away from our studio.

The best thing is to contact us, then we can advise you individually if you want to come without a car :)

Of the two lecture rooms, only one is barrier-free. Best let us know, then we can plan everything accordingly. The Royal Talens Kreativstudio Allgäu is also barrier-free :)

To the event

The start and end times are fixed, nothing will change. Within these times, however, we will probably make changes shortly before the event.

We want to organize the Business Days as tailor-made as possible for the participants. That's why we will do a lot of fine planning until the concrete schedule is fixed :)

Roughly, however, it will remain the same that the first day mainly has the various revenue opportunities as content and the second day the topics of social media and reach.

In order to increase the added value for the participants, the speakers are encouraged to allow a lot of time for individual questions.

No, actually not :) Of course it is a good idea to bring pen and paper for notes but maybe the goodie bag that every participant gets will cover that :)

We plan to collect all relevant documents after the event and make them available to the participants digitally.

Ticket price and booking

- The presentations of the speakers on July 16 and 17.

- Admission to the get-to-know-you evening on July 15 at the topSEVEN Bar in Kempten, including an aperitif and some snacks

- The catering during the two days of presentations (drinks, coffee, snacks, lunch)

Explicitly not included in the price are accommodation costs and travel expenses of the participants as well as catering outside the lecture times.

The following cancellation policy applies:

If you are unable to attend an event despite booking, it is best to contact us as soon as possible. If the place can be filled, you will be refunded your full participation fee.

Otherwise the following fees will be charged in case of cancellation:

Up to 28 calendar days before the start of the event: no fee

27 to 14 calendar days before the start of the event: 50% of the participation fee

Less than 14 calendar days before the start of the event: full participation fee

In case of non-participation or cancellation of the event, there is no right to a refund of the course fee. If the Creative Business Days have to be cancelled, the paid participation fee will be refunded.

In addition to the normal order confirmation, you will receive a personal e-mail from us no later than 24 hours after your booking, in which we will inform you about the next steps. There will also be a survey so that we can prepare the Creative Business Days in a customized way.
