Oil pastel neon

For all those (like me) like to set small, bright neon highlights are the perfect colors here!
The small oil pastel set consists of six neon colors that can be perfectly combined with the oil pastels of Van Gogh.

But you can also use them in combination with watercolor or crayons super.

The colors are fluorescent and are just fun!
